NuLeaf Naturals LLC., a leading manufacturer of CBD products, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist. This is an onsite role located in Englewood, CO.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-starting Business Support Specialist to join our finance team for two CBD brands. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our B2B business and be a liaison between our sales and warehouse teams. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, warehouse operations, and finance to facilitate the efficient flow of orders and payments through the network

Responsibilities:

  • Convert B2B Opportunities using Salesforce
  • Create opportunities and convert them into sales orders
  • Create sales orders from Sprouts SPS system including PO Acknowledgement, shipping and billing
  • Generate sales invoices from sales order listings for fulfillment team
  • Process credit card payments
  • Collaborate with sales team to provide order and customer information necessary to move orders through the system
  • Collaborate with warehouse team to facilitate efficient workflow related to outstanding B2B orders
  • Be an intermediary between finance and sales teams to ensure proper collections and payment status of orders
  • Receive customer payments and create depositsOther duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of billing, AP/AR and business processes
  • Proven experience in communications and high-volume workflows
  • Problem solving skills
  • Effective organization of multiple process flows and directions of communication
  • Understanding of Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Self-motivated, results driven, and adaptable to fast pace environments
    Compensation:
    Your starting hourly wage will be USD $22.00-$25.00 per hour paid biweekly (less deductions and taxes), scheduled for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the business. All payable in accordance with the regular payroll practices of the Company.
    Benefits:
    Participation in the Company benefits plan is available after 90 days of employment; including employer paid Health, Dental, Vision, and Life. You will be eligible for Flexible PTO and Sick/Flex time after 90 days. A 401(k) plan is available after 1 year of employment.
