Description:

We are seeking a proficient Business Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in production support and adeptness in crafting user stories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce administration, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration:

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce instances, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs, including but not limited to workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions within Salesforce.

Production Support:

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues in production environments.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement.

User Story Writing:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into clear and concise user stories.
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment between user stories and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure user stories are effectively implemented and tested.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to promote Salesforce adoption and proficiency among stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in the Salesforce environment.
