Cafe Manager

We are seeking an efficient Cafe Manager who can organise and control the operations of the busy Cafe in Wellington.

The job responsibilities include the following

• Regular meetings with the Chef to alter/improve the menu of the Cafe.
• Arranging the purchasing of the stock for the Cafe as per the budget
• Manage the pricing of the food as per the budget
• Keeping the record of stock levels as well the financial transactions
• Ensuring that the facilities comply with the health regulations and comply with health and safety regulations
• Regular checking for feedback with customers around the service provided
• Regular training provided to the existing staff and recruit and train new staff when required.

You are required to atleast have a NZQF diploma or three years of work experience for the role.
The minimum hourly wage is $29.66 and the Maximum is $29.75 and this is a full time employment with minimum 30 hours of work
