Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • A successful track record in leading teams through the entire change management lifecycle, including Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Management, awareness-building, engagement strategies and follow up on change readiness and adoption.
  • Excellent planning and execution skills, onboarding stakeholders to the change plan and ensuring that activities are carried out on time and leading to the right results.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing global system implementations, navigating complexity, and identifying organizational impacts.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, adept at working with global process owners, technical teams, and business representatives.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.
  • Strong communicator with an ability to communicate complexity in simple terms and common language

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with management teams, key stakeholders, and end-users in markets and functions to ensure a smooth transition to our new ERP system.

  • Own, deliver and execute on a right sized change management plan, including stakeholder and communication plans, training activities and user support initiatives.

  • Be a team player, contributing to embedding Compass best practise change activities, ensuring we continuously improve as a team.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to empower leaders and change agents to successfully lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation in their areas.
  • Coordinate and follow up on activities of local change networks as they prepare for go-live and support end users.
  • Collaborate with process streams, as well as data and tech workstreams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation top optimise business processes
