We are looking to add a Global Channel Director to the Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) team. This position can be based anywhere in North America, but I prefer the Dallas, Texas, area.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• A completed bachelor’s degree and seven or more years of direct experience building (ideal) and/or contributing to a team setting to the efficiency of a partner-centric Channel Program
• Experience with operational aspects and standard processes required to support large-scale sales and partner programs and familiarity with channel Go-to-Market strategy
• Proven track record in embracing an outside-in framework for program execution, including the account the ability to regularly collaborate with leadership and partner contacts to acquire feedback used for ongoing improvement
