Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed university degree in business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consulting and/or corporate development/strategy environment
  • Experience of managing cross-functional projects
  • Experience of working in a cross-cultural, global environment
  • Reliable, accurate and independent working style
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German is a plus.
  • A collaborative, empathetic and pro-active team player, able to deliver excellent results even under time pressure

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will work closely with our CPO
  • Identify and run critical projects that align with the strategic goals of the Product division
  • Take responsibility for the planning and execution of various operational and strategic matters
  • Proactively support our CPO in meeting routines
  • Prepare content for presentations for board, partner, and staff meetings, attend them, and partly lead them
  • Facilitate management decisions by providing reports and analysis
