Description:
What will you be doing?
- Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
- Till work including processing cash and card payments.
- Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
- Merchandising/display.
- Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
- Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful, you must have recent previous retail store and customer service experience in a customer facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team . A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.

This role is offering seasonal Christmas temporary contracts ending the week of the 23 rd December, working various hours. Your main base will be our Swords Store, in Dublin.
