REQUIREMENTS
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.

- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or client relationship management.
- Existing network of contacts within the luxury or art industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and strategies.

The Luxury Closet is in search for a Client and Partnership Growth Executive for our Dubai Office, who is motivated to turn the vision into reality and will give 100% to Make It Happen.

Job Key Goal: Drive significant seller growth and expand The Luxury Closet’s supply of luxury items.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Offline Partnerships:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new sellers through offline partnerships with relevant businesses and organizations (e.g., luxury consignment shops, personal shoppers, stylists) across UAU, Saudi and Kuwait
- Identify and build relationships with key partners, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements to drive seller acquisition.
- Represent The Luxury Closet at industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- CRM and Seller Retention:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to nurture relationships with existing sellers and encourage repeat business.
- Generate creative ideas and initiatives to improve seller satisfaction, loyalty, and retention rates.
- Analyze seller data to identify trends, address pain points, and optimize the seller experience.
- New Category Expansion (Art):
- Collaborate with the VP of Growth to develop and launch a new category focused on art.
- Identify and onboard artists and gallery partners, building a strong network of suppliers.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract art buyers and sellers to the platform.
