GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Familiarity with SAP Basis Administration capabilities.
  • Fundamental understanding of Hyperscalers (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an accomplished technology professional who is eager to deliver consistent and high-quality results to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team. You will contribute to SAP’s strategy by supporting our customers with their SAP S/4HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise.
As Client Delivery Manager you will be guiding clients through their exciting transition to cloud-based solutions. Your tasks will include assessing clients’ operational needs, detecting possible complications that could emerge during their shift to the cloud, and aligning those needs with solutions. Together with our partners, you will build tailored solutions fitting the customers’ needs.

This role will give you the gratification of resolving complex problems and offering meaningful business value.

  • Understand the customer’s business, goals, and challenges to propose fitting solutions and services
  • Identify and recommend SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that bring tangible benefits to the customer.
  • Recognize issues and assist in developing and implementing action plans across the customer’s operations.
  • Engineer the best possible SAP configuration to optimize system performance and accessibility.
  • Advocate for technological progression and innovation, acting as the key contact point for resolving technical issues.
