JOB SPECIFIC SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Ability to analyze a situation, define key objectives, and recommend strategies and action plans.

Responsibilities:

Under moderate supervision, the Client Migration Specialist is responsible for contractual compliance and retirement programs. This often involves assisting customers in ensuring their contractual Agreement is compliant with both SAP and regulatory policies. Will assist customers in decision making for moving off our retiring solutions and deciding on the best path for migrating to a replacement product. This position will serve as a partner and advocate for named accounts to ensure the highest levels of on-going retention and satisfaction. The Client Migration Specialist will setup conference calls with the appropriate client stakeholders to communicate and complete the change. Client Migration Specialists report to a director level. Client Migration Specialists will also be involved with the strategic project management of ongoing and future compliance and migration efforts.
