THE REQUIREMENTS
- CIP qualified.
- Successful and proven experience working for an insurer or broker.
- All- inclusive client advocate and excellent problem solver.
- Passion for learning about and understanding the insurance industry.
- Hardworking, proactive and flexible and desire to take early responsibility.
- Good IT skills including a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suit.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this role is to perform the broking role. Responsible for providing superior level of client service
to achieve business objectives. To support an Account Director with a portfolio of clients. WTW’s business objectives
are Client, Financials, People and Operational Excellence.
- Perform the Broking Role for their portfolio of Clients dealing with New Business, Renewals, Claims and all mid-term alterations and queries.
- Achieve best client service in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that all client deadlines are met.
- Achieve an appreciation of each client’s business and culture.
- Support and find opportunities to enable growth of the existing client accounts.
- Foster beneficial insurer relationships
- Follow company procedures for Renewals, Mid Terms Adjustments and New business.
- Maintain Company and regulatory standards/requirements including compliance.
- Participate in project work.
- Provide technical support to colleagues and help in resolving their client problems.
- Build relationships and provide support to a number of different teams across the regions business.
