DESCRIPTION

The Resource RN is a professional Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care in the clinic as well as facilitating patient care flow. This position will facilitate the workflow in the area by conducting nursing assessments, delegating service to and documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of school of registered nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year Nursing experience in a clinic setting, or 2 years of acute hospital nursing experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree - Nursing (BSN).
• Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Ambulatory experience.
• ER or urgent care experience.
