DESCRIPTION

The staff pharmacist has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patient’s quality of life. Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program.
  • One year: Hospital Pharmacists experience.
