The Clinical Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to marketplace availability. The product should meet and exceed customer requirements and be measurable through success outcomes. The Clinical Product Manager will monitor the success of the product by using customer feedback and will iterate the product to drive widespread adoption. This role serves as the industry expert and thought leader in Home Infusion Pharmacy for Brightree products and solutions. This role requires the ability to lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and possesses a clear vision of how the product will solve complex problems from the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work with key stakeholders in building out complete end-to-end innovative solutions that solve customers’ clinical problems.
- Gathers and write system requirements and design solutions to business needs to translate to the product and development team.
- Serves as a subject matter expert to internal and external teams to promote product refinement and adoption.
- Collaborates with customer support, professional services, development, and marketing teams to sustain strong partnerships to support product lifecycle.
- Manages and prioritizes product roadmap to meet customer and prospects needs.
- Researches and assesses market to proactively identify opportunities to add value and solve complex problems
- Assists sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the product particularly as it relates to clinical and operational workflows.Prepare and deliver product/feature presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
