OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

You would join a highly motivated team who are very passionate about customer service and the fitness industry. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Leisure Centre Manager This role may suit a leisure centre supervisor looking for the next step on the ladder as well as to develop their knowledge and skills in the industry.

THE DUTIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Assist the Club Manager in managing all aspects of the leisure club’s daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Supervise and lead a team of club staff, including fitness trainers, lifeguards, and receptionists.
• Pool plant operations and overlooking of pool water tests and addressing problems should they arise.
• Assist in developing and implementing programs, classes, and events to enhance the club’s offerings.
• Conduct fitness assessments and classes in manner stated by the club.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, ensuring it meets or exceeds set standards.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to ensure the highest quality service delivery.
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
• Assist in managing the club’s budget and financial performance.
• Ensure safety of members and guests at all times
