- Scripting Experience, T-SQL development

In this PMO team role, you will be working closely with the team to transform raw data into actionable insights that help guide key decisions across the organization. Your role will involve analyzing product, market, and customer data, making it accessible, and ensuring it’s both actionable and auditable. - Executing reporting requirements to create reports that serve various teams, from individual contributors to leadership.
- Attend weekly stand-up for Process Improvements
The PMO team plays a critical role in driving the success and operational efficiency of the product organization through several key functions:
- Program COOs: These leaders work in close partnership with Program CEOs (Product Managers), Program CTOs (Technical Leads), and Go-To-Market leaders to ensure program-quarterly goals are met. They share responsibility for both launching the program and ensuring it achieves its intended success. Their focus is on streamlining execution, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring cross-functional alignment toward program goals.
- Data Insight Experts: These professionals transform raw data on products, markets, and customers into actionable, accessible, and auditable insights. Their work enables stakeholders to track progress, make informed decisions, and identify opportunities for improvement with precision.
- Continuous Improvement Leads: Focused on optimizing the product organization’s ways of working, these professionals continuously seek to improve processes, collaboration, and overall efficiency. Their efforts ensure that the product team operates effectively throughout the entire product development and delivery lifecycle
