WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • An education in Human Computer Interaction, User Interface Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent experience with a focus on software products.
  • Some design experience, with a portfolio of projects that showcase your design process and skills.
  • A creative mindset and a passion for designing modern, high-quality solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, team-orientation and are responsive to feedback.
  • A motivation to keep learning and improving.
  • Some familiarity with software design systems.
  • Be able to share a portfolio of previous work experience not just a resume.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and collaborate with other designers on the team throughout the full design cycle.
  • Help prototype functional UI wireframes, concept mock-ups and final, pixel-perfect designs.
  • Contribute to Kinaxis comprehensive design system PARCEL.
  • Lead at least one initiative and be the go-to person for design tasks, questions and feedback.
  • Conduct lean UX research to support your design decisions.
  • Support product management on presentation screens.
  • Ability to present and justify your work in front of colleagues.
