Description:

EDUCATION
High school graduate or GED equivalent. Prior office experience helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying and faxing.
- Assist with special events
- Update job boards and MacombCareerLink
- Provide information and customer service to clients
- Greet and properly direct clients to appropriate areas and departments
- Assist with CS bulk mailings
- May distribute mail and prepare mailings
- Pick up and deliver items from various departments, as necessary
- May research departmental issues
- Assist in tracking and ordering office supplies and resources
- Assist CS Team in implementing programs
- Cross train in all Career Services areas to insure basic assistance to all clients as needed
- Participate in professional development opportunities as assigned to enhance job skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
