EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Advanced student, Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related business background
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Experience with SAP systems is a plus

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 1-year professional experience within Finance
  • Work experience within a Shared Services Center is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Review deals: Ensure completeness and accuracy of the quotations. Support approval process, guide internal customers on approval requirements, ensure deals which are within scope are approved in proper manner and timelines according to SAP policies and guidelines. Collaborate with local commercial colleagues
  • Contract drafting: Responsible for preparing contract documents from template and adding/drafting language for deal specifics
  • Contract management: Maintain SAP’s contract records and contract related data in SAP’s contract management system
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Sales Team, answer queries from internal customers and build long-term business relationships
  • Work to deliver tasks within the team’s Service Level Agreement and to a high standard,
  • Accommodate quarter-end and year-end deadlines and respond to spikes in workload from the Sales team
  • Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing Deals and other transactions end to end
  • Contribute ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements
  • Participate in special projects.
