Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Commercial Solicitor (“CS”) will be a key member of the Legal Team, reporting directly to the Head of Legal, in providing strategic high quality legal advice and expertise in relation to Vodafone’s extensive network infrastructure portfolio. While the mainstay of this role will be managing the licence arrangements and master services agreements Vodafone has with its third-party network property providers who host our physical network equipment, the role will also encompass supporting Vodafone in relation to property-focused matters pertaining to its office and retail sites as they arise.
The CS will act as legal business partner to the network property team and will act as counsel to the Head of Legal and SLT team on all matters impacting upon Vodafone’s physical network infrastructure.
The CS is responsible for the provision of astute, commercial focused legal advice to the business, managing business risk within acceptable levels whilst facilitating the business as much as possible in the execution of its day-to-day affairs. The CS will provide support on both non-contentious and contentious matters, providing legal advice and expertise across a full range of general commercial and corporate law issues affecting Vodafone and its strategic relationships in Ireland
