REQUIREMENTS:

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences; bachelor’s degree would be advantageous;
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); another language (German, French, Spanish) is a plus;
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
  • Experience in using CRM systems is a plus;
  • Ability to prioritize and find solutions to business challenges;
  • Strong follow-up skills, proactive mindset and “can do” attitude;
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of the global BTP Commercial Office team, you will get the opportunity to contribute to SAP’s success supporting sales engagement in EMEA, MEE, APJ, NA, LATAM, and GCN regions. Our team collaborates closely with local Commercial colleagues, Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the regions. The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing customer quotes for smaller opportunities and complete the required paperwork for SAP Business Technology Platform sales;
  • Support BTP (Business Technology Platform) sales transactions via SAP Store;
  • Review deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotations;
  • Guide and advise our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements;
  • Prepare contractual documents from template, drafting legal language for deal specifics;
  • Collaborate with the field on pricing and packaging issues and trigger respective improvements;
  • Expedite the adoption of special sales programs and promotions to maximize revenue opportunity;
  • Comply with operational procedures, e.g., for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements;
  • Act as an advisor for SAP policies;
  • Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing deals and other transactions end-to-end;
  • Contribute ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements
