Responsibilities:
As a member of Service Delivery Hub team supporting Europe, Middle East and Africa regions (EMEA) you will be a part of Global Commercial Finance organization and will get the opportunity to contribute to company’s success. Our team is closely collaborating with local Commercial colleagues, Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the region. The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:
- review and approval of deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotations
- guiding and advising our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements
- preparing contractual documents from template, drafting legal language for deal specifics
- compliance verification based on internal policies
- addressing internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement
- using SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing deals and other transactions end to end
- contributing ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements
