We are looking for a Commis de Bar for the next season (spring/summer 2025) to join our Bar team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.
He/She reports to Chef de Rang Bar.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
  • Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
  • Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
  • Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
  • HACCP Certification

Responsibilities:

Fulfil the operations of the Bar, according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures. He/she will:

  • Take care of the mise en place
  • Support the Barman with service
  • Clean and set-up works’ spaces and equipments
  • Monitor all aspects of the customers’ experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
