Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Communications and Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role in helping with the day-to-day communications and marketing activities, projects and events. Collaborating with communications and marketing team members, and staff across SE Health, the Coordinator supports the implementation of effective communication assets and strategies; manages the departmental mailboxes to ensure timely dissemination of information across SE Health; leads the organization, ordering and allocation of promotional items; and assists with internal, external and special events.
In this exciting role, you’ll take the lead in bringing our conferences and events to life. You’ll be hands-on, traveling to the office to gather materials and set up for events, ensuring every detail is spot-on for a successful and impactful experience!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a communications or marketing role
SKILLS:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in copywriting and content creation
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Graphic design skills are an asset
