MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of an accredited four (4) year college/university with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration.
  • Three (3) years of experience in project management, software applications support, or related experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to secure a valid Florida driver’s license at the time of employment within this classification.

Responsibilities:

ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to business decisions through a data lens and develop presentations or written reports.
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations and data tools to help drive business decisions.
  • Extract, analyze and interpret data.
  • Recommend workflow solutions.
  • Assist in preparing Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) for technology-related solutions and evaluating vendor responses.
  • Prepare project proposals.
  • Identify and manage project risks.
  • Manage projects through entire life cycle to improve CHC’s efficiency.
  • Single point of contact between the application vendor and CHC staff.
  • Facilitate project initiation by defining project scope and requirements.
  • Develop project plans and timelines to ensure the timely submission of project deliverables (Gantt and PERT). Provide written and oral reports of milestones and project information.
  • Develops test data, test scripts and evaluates test results for applications.
  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the applications.
  • Work with a diverse group of users from various sections when identifying application needs and provide professional recommendations.
  • Provides ongoing assistance to users with problems or questions.
  • Develops training plans, conducts training sessions and implementation procedures.
  • Trains in the proper usage of software applications
  • Maintains and enhances a working knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Works with team to identify requirements and develop use cases for software applications solutions. Translates functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Performs related duties as required.
