About Us: KLA is a leading company in the industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Sales Order Configuration Specialist to join us in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales order processes.
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Order Configuration Specialist to manage and oversee our SAP sales orders. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all sales orders are accurate and properly configured, and to communicate these configurations with sales teams globally. Once the sales order configuration is aligned, the specialist will create or adjust the production plan in SAP according to the configuration. This role is critical as all other departments rely on the accuracy of this information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage SAP sales orders to ensure accuracy and proper configuration.
  • Communicate sales order configurations with sales teams around the world.
  • Create or adjust production plans in SAP based on the aligned sales order configurations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and information flow.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in sales order configurations.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of sales order processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience using SAP for sales order management (ideally understanding Variant Configurator)
  • English language proficiency to work collaboratively with global teams
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
