POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager with a proven background in residential tower blocks, high-rise flats, and apartment projects, alongside expertise in complex fit-outs and multi-trade management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-stakes environment, demonstrates exceptional leadership, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in residential tower blocks, high-rise flats, or large apartment buildings.
• Fit-out experience in a multi-trade construction environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and mitigate risks effectively.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.

• Oversee and manage construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and supervise multi-trade teams including contractors and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient work execution.
• Implement and enforce safety standards, ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and other contractors, to ensure alignment on project progress and objectives.
• Monitor project costs and handle budget adjustments, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Drive project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and materials procurement.
