We are a small team responsible for managing our local Danish Market Programme focusing on our large-scale industry clients. In the Growth team, we are commercial catalysts for our Market-oriented activities and our mission is to support the firm’s ambition to be the undisputed market leader across the full breadth of client dimensions. We do this through programs and activities focused on driving revenue, relationships and our reputation - from communications and creative to client account management and beyond. Responsibilities:

Examples of tasks include:

  • Supporting project delivery for initiatives related to the Market Programme with a proactive and quality-conscious mindset
  • Supporting in planning and facilitating workshops with key stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Preparing material for meetings, reporting, guidance material, community sessions, and similar
  • Managing the user journey and continuous update of our portal for insights into the programme
  • Performing analyses to aid problem solving and proposing solutions based on your findings
  • Providing operational support to ensure execution of recurring business processes is tracked, documented and on time
  • Navigating dynamic stakeholder environments and creating a clear understanding of stakeholder need

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have completed a master’s degree with strong academic results showcasing your ability to understand and tackle new things
  • Are eager to continue your learning journey and develop your skills in project management and process facilitation in a commercially oriented team
  • Understand the importance of working customer-centric and detail-oriented to deliver high quality output to senior stakeholders
  • Have built relevant experience during internships, student positions or 1-2 years of full-time work taking responsibility for facilitating processes and driving progress
  • Are proficient in written and spoken English and Danish
  • Have permission to live and work in Denmar
