Responsibilities:

In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, the role of HR is shifting from a transactional function to a strategic partner integral to an organization’s success. The traditional paradigms of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational efficiency are being redefined by the transformative powers of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies. A successful integration thereof will become an indispensable pillar of any HR strategy.

As an HR & Reward Business Development Consultant, your primary mission will be to identify new market opportunities and develop compelling offerings that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your role will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the HR & Reward practice.
  • Developing business cases for new offerings, including market analysis, competitive landscape, and financial projections.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new services and products.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Leading the go-to-market strategy for new offerings, including positioning, messaging, and launch activities.
  • Providing thought leadership in the HR & Reward space, contributing to industry publications, and speaking at relevant events.
  • Staying abreast of regulatory changes and technological advancements that can impact HR & Reward strategies.
