Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Leveraging Duck Creek and P&C insurance domain experience to advise clients on emerging methods of business to business and business to consumer payments;
• Developing integrated operating model strategies by assessing a client’s business challenges, needs, and gaps, diagnosing root problems, and recommending an asset-leveraging approach using Project Management methodologies, Microsoft (MS) Project and PowerPoint;
• Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using Requirements workshops, Use Case workflows, Process Modeling, Prototyping and MS Visio;
• Working across phases of the Agile methodology, including Agile-Scrum for product and strategy solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Utilizing Integrated Design Process (IDP) methodology and using .Net and XML technologies to provide scalable and available designs to provide technical solutions; and
• Designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing Data Analytics processes and Structured Query Language (SQL) reporting tool.

Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Financial Services Industries. Bring deep payments content experience across the payments processing, acquiring, and gateway sectors of the industry. Apply experience advising clients in a consulting capacity on debit, credit, ACH, wire, check, prepaid, and emerging methods of business to business and business to consumer payments. Drive vendor assessment for content management of financial services companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Develop a shared services organization for clients and improve back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.
