Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Manager in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing SAP ABAP Development Tools (ADT) to manage software development and implementation services utilizing SAP Financial Accounting (FI), SAP Controlling (CO), SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), and SAP Quality Management (QM) modules;
• Managing and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies, utilizing SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG);
• Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures;
• Tracking application defects, managing defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution details, utilizing ServiceNow, HP ALM, and Jira;
• Developing statement of work (SOW) and client proposals, and managing deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for the Consumer & Industrial Products (C&IP), Financial Services, or Technology, Media and Telecommunication sectors using Waterfall, Hybrid Agile, and SAP Activate methodologies;
• Managing full lifecycle implementations of complex deliverables and building custom applications leveraging SAP ABAP Development Tools (ADT) including Eclipse, Graphical User Interface (GUI), Business Technology Platform (BTP), Floorplan Manager (FPM), and Adobe LiveCycle Designer; and
• Conducting training sessions to facilitate SAP systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides; and Managing business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions.

WORK YOU’LL DO

Manage software development and implementation services for information technology projects to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing SAP products. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

• 15% Travel required nationally.
