ABOUT THE JOB

The Continuous Improvement Coach/Trainer role is similar to an internal consultant role, and it provides an excellent foundation of knowledge to take on other key roles in our organisation in the future. The role is based in Lisbon, but some overseas travel may be required at times according to business needs.

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

As part of the team, the Continuous Improvement Coach/Trainer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Lead training and coaching initiatives using Continuous Improvement Programme approach and tools
Create trainings, certifications and awareness sessions on Continuous Improvement
Coach managers in post training follow-up to ensure a complete understanding of Continuous Improvement principles and tools and their concrete application in managing BAU activities (performance & activity management, workload & capacity planning, problem solving, etc.)
Spread Continuous Improvement culture in the organization
Coordinate and execute specific aspects of the framework: Reporting, stakeholder management, change management, resolving issues and ensuring high quality of deliverables
Support beneficiary teams in developing their enabling strategy, by supporting and coaching the ambassadors community, idea generation programs and specific training and certification programs
Liaise with the community specialist to design and maintain a global Continuous Improvement
Evolve the toolsets and best practices and contribute to the development of the overall Continuous Improvement program locally and globally
Act as a Subject Matter Expert about Continuous improvement and support organization as need be
