  • Exceptional communication and business writing skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Advanced computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Acces

Responsibilities:

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for reviewing bids and contracts concerning scope of work, initiating and orchestrating contract-to-production life cycle, implementing complaint process reporting, writing proposals, and assisting in contract administration.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Review bids and contracts
  • Provide administrative support
  • Negotiate and execute contracts
  • Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy
  • Coordinate actions with procurement and production teams
  • Report status of current contract processes to management
  • Resolve existing contract conflicts
  • Unforeseen work processing
  • Invoicing
  • Maintain physical and digital contract files
  • Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization
  • Customer communication
