REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in Business Law, Economics or comparable field of study and/or professional legal qualification
  • Profound legal knowledge
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing and very good local language skills, if required
  • Good communication skills
  • Good skills in standard software (MS Office)

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Co-ordinate and/or review customer contracts, contract proposals and other legal documents, avoid or minimise risk, potential liability and (potential) claims, and ensure compliance with local and European laws and relevant Murata Policies.

RESPONSIBILITES AND TASKS

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper evaluation and coordination of customer contracts and other legal documents related to customers
  • Ensure compliance of customer contracts and other documents with local and European laws
  • Provide legal advice to Sales and Management, upon request or pro-actively

Tasks:

  • Check and coordinate customer contracts
  • Negotiate the contents of contracts with customers and internally within Murata
  • Advise Sales and Management on the contents and implementation of customer contracts
  • Advise and support Management in case of disputes, claims or other ‘legal issues’
  • Coordinate for MEE changes in policy and other issues related to ‘Legal Affairs’ within the Murata Group
