THE ROLE

We have an exciting and fast paced opportunity to join the Infin8Care team in the role of Cook at our Caravonica Waters facility. Reporting to the Facility Manager and our Regional Chef Manager, the Cook is responsible for providing a quality catering service which meets our resident’s needs, including the supervision, preparation and participation in cooking and baking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain high standards of preparation in minimizing nutritional losses and avoiding bacterial hazards.
• Ensure the day-to-day purchase, delivery, storage, preparation, cooking, service and presentation of food and drink for residents is completed within prescribed standards and preferences.
• Respond positively to special occasion requests e.g., birthdays and events.
• Ensure all aspects of the kitchen are thoroughly cleaned before and after food preparation.
• Always looking to improve services, to ensure our residents receive meals of the highest quality.
