Job Description
The People Experience(PX) Director for Int’l Markets is the core driver of the PX operating model in our core countries (Poland, Germany, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Italy, Turkiye, as well as our Enterprise Business Unit TuoTempo). The role guarantees disciplined, relentless execution of the priorities, drives the international teams to focus on what matters the most and provides core support to the markets by leading the PX Heads of each market and partnering with the COO and Country Managers on PX matters. The role is a core enabler of the PX strategy as it covers the vast majority of the DPralians (2,200+ FTE) and is a member of the PX Leadership team.

- You are restless in execution & follow up. You miss no deadlines and follow-up as required. You are not easy to bend on commitments in time, quality or actual delivery and hold people accountable.
- You are very skilled at building relationships, and maintaining them even through difficult conversations and conflicting interests. You know how to work with business leaders, steer them in the right direction and occasionally, talk sense to them.
- You are able to lead by influence and expertise, leveraging your experience to support local Heads of PX.
- You are culturally savvy, and know how to navigate a global x local organization. You understand the complexities of ways of working of different cultures, countries and are able to converge them by being empathetic and finding common ground.
- You are a champion of diversity and inclusion, but also understand it means different things in different geographies. You adapt Docplanners’ philosophy in a way it is applicable locally and yet relevant to matters we decide to stand for.
- You are numbers and data oriented. You connect business needs & goals to relevant numbers and understand the importance of measuring things, although not forced to it in every occasion understanding the balance of softer aspects.
