Description:
About the role
The Distribution Corporate Account Manager is Nexperia’s main interface to the assigned partner and is responsible for the account strategy and coordinates all associated initiatives.
What you will do
- Achieve and exceed all quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Be responsible for developing and executing strategies and programs with your account at both, headquarters and branches, to maximize Nexperia sales and profit. Taking ownership for relevant KPI’s and driving corrective actions if required.
- Understand your account’s business strategy, opportunities and issues. Identifying opportunities for Nexperia based on this and helping to tailor the Nexperia Value Propositions specifically for your account.
- Promote Nexperia’s portfolio and value proposition to your account and top end customers in cooperation with the Field Sales team. (both internal and external)
- Understand formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at customer and establishing and developing suitable relationship strategies to improve Nexperia’s position at the account
- Create and successfully execute suitable negotiation strategy and tactics (done throughout the year) in cooperation with the Commercial Marketing Team
- Represent and convey the accounts needs internally at Nexperia and ensuring adequate priorities are set in order to execute against strategy
- Effective monitoring of logistic/quality performance
- Ensure that all key internal systems and processes are timely updated with accurate information
- Consolidate the above in a Customer Business Plan, clearly communicating expectation and requirements towards Nexperia in order to meet business targets
- Gather and communicate market/competitor information into the organization
- Develop and deploy special programs both at headquarters and in key branch locations
What you will need
- University education preferably in the tech sector
- Minimum 7 years Sales / Marketing experience preferably in Semiconductor Distribution
- Proven track record in OEM Account Management and Distribution business; established network at headquarters and branches
- Ability to execute quickly and skillfully involving multiple stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
- Ability to interface confidently with multiple levels within Hierarchy (internal and external)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Meets and beats deadlines
- Team player with hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel frequently
