Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Over 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a product development role within the cosmetics industry
2. PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
3. Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to passionately and confidently communicate new ideas.
4. Proven ability to develop and implement innovative product strategies, with a deep understanding of the product development process
5. Demonstrated leadershin skills, with a track record of effective,cross-functional collaboration.
6. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, capable of securing cooperation at allevels within and outside the department.
7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

1.Lead the research and development of innovative cosmetic products,ensuning alignment with the company’s product development goals. This includescollecting and analyzing market data, and spearheading the establishment, design, and development of new projects.
2. Maintain and enhance the company’s competitive edge in the marketplace by overseeing product architecture, claims, texture, and communicationstrategies.
3. Utlize consumer insights to deepen understanding of market categories and consumer behavior, influencing product concepts and formulations.
4. Develop new product concepts that incorporate cutting-edge formulas,ingredients, textures, and claims to address emerging market trends.
5. Cralt compeling communication claims and ensure that product formulas contain al necessary active ingredients to support these claims. Validate claimsthrough legal channels and clinical and sensory testing where appropriate.
6. Serve as the scientific spokesperson for the brand, fostering strong relationships and communication channels with the Marketing and Sales teams.
7. Oversee and manage the R&D budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.8. Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing technical leadership and overseeing project planning and scheduling for the entire team.
