To support our growing business, we are looking for a Senior CRM Manager.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As (Senior) CRM Manager at Oviva, you will be part of the CRM team and report to the CRM Lead while working closely with our Product and Engineering Team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and improving automated processes to drive patient engagement and support clinical outcomes. Our CRM technology stack is based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, both of which are fully integrated with our core digital products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and implement projects to automate journeys and processes through Salesforce Marketing Cloud in collaboration and coordination with other teams.
  • Create and manage automations that use multiple data sources for campaigns
  • Integrate data from our wider platform and marketing campaigns into customer records
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and automations.
  • Work with our product and development team to improve the setup and data quality of our CRM to meet business needs
  • Stay up to date on the features of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and communicate any new features or changes to the organisation.
