POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support marketing automation tech rollout, including requirements, implementation, and UAT.
• Oversee migration and delivery of campaigns across direct marketing and web channels.
• Conduct thorough QA testing, including cross-browser and device validation.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to create data-driven, personalised communications.
• Advise on design and development during the migration process.
• Support testing and learning programs, documenting and communicating results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Optimise production processes and solve problems with stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, creativity, and autonomy.

• HTML & CSS (ideally with email specific experience)

The CRM Digital Marketing Developer will join the CRM Marketing team to support the rollout of the marketing automation tool. Over 6 months, you’ll migrate campaign builds from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze, use your coding skills to advance our omni-channel marketing technology and position us as a leading CRM team.
