Responsibilities:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • TS/SCI w/Poly
  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of industrial security or relevant experience
  • Have recent, relevant security experience supporting the MPO customer with all aspects of PERSEC and SCIF physical management
  • Expert knowledge of ICD series manuals
  • Completion of MPO CSSO Course

  • Bachelors Degree
  • CDSE certifications
  • COMSEC experience

Responsibilities:

  • Support security programs, assist in the operation of the special security office, and administer the SCI security program to include providing SCI security guidance for SCIF tenants.
  • Interpret Director of National Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency and DoD directives. Have recent, relevant experience supporting the MPO customer.
  • Provide clearance support, technical advice and guidance on SCI personnel, physical and information security standards
  • Ensure the physical aspects of facility security are executed, maintained and in accordance with customer policy.
  • Familiarity with COMSEC related duties and responsibilities
  • Assist with Proposal Writing and Contract Closeouts
  • Implement the industrial security program and ensure company and customer security requirements are met
  • Interface with all levels of company personnel and government management personnel to ensure contract security compliance with National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Manual 5205.07, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254) and Program Classification Guides
  • Perform self-inspections, participate in government telephonic and in-person reviews and inspections
  • Maintain data compliance in multiple DISS accounts
  • Responsible for maintaining security program compliance to include managing NISS facility profiles, submitting changed conditions packages, FCL Sponsorship packages, and responding to FCL packages
  • Take independent action when warranted or in the absence of the FSO
  • Provide clear guidance to company employees and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures as appropriate
  • Provide research and technical support to projects, produces solutions and documentation, and monitor project tasks and schedules
  • Work as a team player, demonstrate flexibility, and excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrate leadership and decision-making ability within the scope of the position
