As our new German speaking Customer Care Consultant, you will join our Customer Care team in Struer, Denmark. You will be the first line support to our German customers, either via phone, email or web. You will help ensure that the customer needs are always put first and they have a best-in-class experience.
Key responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries within an acceptable timeframe, which means that all inquiries must be replied to, categorized and registered following the procedures.
Providing qualified and adequate replies in accordance with the individual customer´s support needs.
Mediating solutions for German customers in collaboration with Senior Customer Care consultants, Product support, B2B Partners and local Area Service Managers.
Contributing to improving our internal knowledgebase by sharing the learnings from your daily interactions with customers.
