Our Service operations are growing, and we are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Technical Support team in Finland. Would you like to have an interesting and versatile role in the front line of technology? If yes, please do read more!
As a Customer Care Coordinator, your main responsibility is to keep multiple threads in your hands when processing our new customer cases and making sure those are handled meticulously and professionally. Your various daily tasks will also include while interacting with many different stakeholders and coordinating the day-to-day operations in our team.
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have excellent communication skills and passion for creating excellent customer experience. Degree in technical field is critical since that knowledge will help you in your daily work. You already have some previous work experience in an office environment and understanding of the administrative processes. You are a positive team-player with solution seeking and hands-on attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Main responsibilities
- Processing and handling customer (technical support) cases and offering our customers a high-quality responses
- Interacting with different stakeholders
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations (phone, email) of our Technical Support team
What we expect from you
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in technical field
- Work experience from technical field
- Customer service experience
- Good IT skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering high-quality
- Proactive and solution seeking attitude
We also appreciate
- Experience in applied physics, electrical engineering, vacuum technologies etc.
- Other language skills
- Positive and hands-on attitude
- Ability to work independently and meticulously
