We are looking for a new, Norwegian speaking colleague to join our Customer Care Front Office in Copenhagen, Denmark for a hybrid role.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Providing professional level of support to the Shared Service Centers, the Field Sales staff, and our customers in an efficient and timely manner
  • Poses a broad knowledge of Medtronic products, processes, tools, and policies
  • Handling orders, and disputes as well as more general inquiries
  • Monitoring information flows and a wide range of incoming interactions either via phone or e-mail
  • Maintaining master data and order traceability
  • Exceeding customer expectations when handling and resolving inquiries, always striving for first contact resolution and offering a world-class service
  • Helping us to meet our departmental goals and Key Performance Indicators in customer satisfaction within our guidelines and policies

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar level of education in business or life science
  • Fluent communication in Norwegian and English,
  • Knowledge of Danish is a clear advantage
  • Systems savvy and an expert user of MS Office suite
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure
