REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in a relevant functional area (product marketing) and equivalent years of experience
  • Ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians, and Medtronic personnel in order to achieve business objectives
  • Sales orientation or exposure to working with direct sales organizations
  • Strong project management skills, organized and detailed-oriented; know how to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines
  • Fluent in English and local language, both speaking and writing
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within your region (25%+)

  • Build and execute the value proposition for the target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience (Customers can be patients, Strategic Accounts, GPO, etc.).
  • Establish deep expertise on the target customer segment and ensure this expertise gets integrated purposefully into the extended marketing team.
  • Conduct market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of the target audience, developing insights, unmet needs and new business opportunities that can improve marketing programs.
  • Orchestrate and integrate all elements of a great customer experience (content, events, campaigns, etc.)
