Inviting applications for the role of Customer Planner analyst - Senior Process Associate – Czech – Remote Poland
The purpose of this role is to flawlessly manage business processes of Integrated Customer Business Planning with all interrelated processes like target setting, volume forecasting, TTS setup and customer claims. This role will help liberate Customer Account Managers to spend more time on Grow the business activities.
The Customer Planner Role is an integral support of Customer Account Managers in Customer planning and execution business processes, through operating tools according to the requirements & update information within the tools & systems on time in full. As a support in data governance and reporting, this role ensures that relevant and timely information is available for Customer Account Managers and other roles in the processes for efficient decision making.
Responsibilities in integrated Customer Business Processes
Daily support of Customer Account Managers in planning and execution of customer-related promotional activities, and interrelated processes, by:
- Create promotion input by ensuring promo creation in TPM are completed on-time-in-full and according to Customer Account Managers request and finalized before promo launch date.
- Ensures all relevant promotional and non-promotional details are up-to-date and available in TPM for use by updating and cancelling details on-time-in-full and according to Customer Account Managers request.
- Reconciliation and resolve promo mis-match issues between TPM and Retailer portals
- Validate required details as per guidelines to create or amend a Promo, manage exceptions, and follow guardrails
- Ensure all conditions set-up in TPM are interfaced to SAP with correct data (customer, rate, period, material level) approved by Schedule of Authority.
Daily support of Customer Account Managers in planning and execution of customer-related non-promotional activities, and interrelated processes, by:
- Ensures all relevant non-promotional details (e.g., Assortment updates) are up-to-date and available in TPM for use by updating and cancelling details on-time-in-full and according to Customer Account Managers request.
- Ensure all conditions which are set-up outside of TPM are set-up in SAP according to request.
- Evaluate and Update Product Cards either in internal sources or Customer system/portals with activity plans, promotions and product details based on assortment changes maintained in TPM (where relevant)
- Update Customer Price Lists according to conditions and assortments set-up according to request of Customer Account Manager.
Establish strong collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders.
- Interact with internal stakeholders, Customer Account Managers, CSP Team, Integrated Planning Team, Claims Management Specialist (L2), Pricing Team (L2)
- Ensures all requested details are provided by the Customer Account Manager what is needed to deliver activities.
- Regular query resolution and proactive communication/escalation
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
- Any Graduate / preferably Business or Operations
- Proactive and Self-motivated to follow up or chase with multiple teams for pending information.
- Fair understanding of upstream and downstream of process in Trade Promotions: FMCG business features, Business planning and execution processes, Trade Claims, Trade Pay and Deductions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, organization skills, and attention to detail
- Fluent in both Czech & English in verbal and written.
- Experience in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Power Point and MS Teams; advanced Excel skills. Open to acquire new tools / systems in brief time.
- Smart problem solver – generate clever ideas and practical solutions efficient for all the roles within a process
- Strong team player, Dependable
- Able to manage their workload and ensure completion of tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred qualifications
- Exposure to consumer goods industry
- Exposure to technologies like Trade Promotions Management tool, Trade Promotions Optimizer, Forecasting tools, SAP etc.
- Transitions Experience- Good to have transitioned 1 or more processes successfully.
