Responsibilities:

  • Conducting educational sessions for new clients to familiarise them with our products and services
  • Customising onboarding materials to specific client needs and industry requirements
  • Supporting clients during initial installation, setup, and implementation
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing prompt and reliable technical support
  • Proactively monitoring client systems to address potential issues and prevent service interruptions
  • Educating clients on system updates, new features, and enhancements
  • Onsite customer visits and trainin
