Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Customer Relationship Marketing Manager to join us. The role is dedicated to optimizing the use of Salesforce by collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. The main objective is to deliver and coordinate campaigns, activities, reporting, and insights, thereby enhancing adviser experiences and driving improved business results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- System Optimization: Continuously enhancing Salesforce capabilities and functionalities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Reporting and Insights: Generating and analysing reports to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve adviser experiences
- Training and Support: Educating and supporting sales and marketing teams on best practices and new features within Salesforce
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Staying updated on the latest CRM trends and best practices to continuously drive innovation and improvement
- Customer Engagement: Developing and managing personalized adviser journeys and segmented experiences to boost engagement and satisfaction
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking and measuring the performance of campaigns and activities, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Certified in Salesforce and Pardot (desirable)
- Proven experience and understanding of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement configuration, customization, and reporting
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and methodologies
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data
- Familiarity with tools that enhance marketing processes
- Knowledge of planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Understanding of compliance and data privacy laws
- Experience and knowledge of B2B sales and marketing dynamics
