We are looking for a sales orientated customer service/account management professional to join our team in Turku, Finland. This will be a hybrid solution and you can also have your home office in surroundings to Turku.
NCAB Group is a leading global PCB supplier. The company was founded in 1993. Today, we are more than 600 persons having local presence in 18 countries in Europe, Asia and North America and customers in approximately 45 countries worldwide with a turnover of 385 MUSD (2023). Our products are mainly manufactured in China where we have an organization for strategic purchase and Factory Management focusing on quality control and continuous development of our factories. REQUIREMENTS

  • You have at least three years of experience in account management/customer support
  • Excellent communication skills a must as you will pick up the phone and communicate with customers directly
  • You are sales & technically orientated
  • Fluent Finnish and intermediate English language skills
  • You have good knowledge on Microsoft office programs
  • Show self-initiative and an openness to share new ideas
  • You have structured way of working and attention to details
  • Able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment
  • Electronic industry knowledge preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

You will provide proactive customer service/account management together with Key Account Manager, develop strong relationships and providing solutions to customers rather than just taking orders. You will be a customer centric sales support/account manager and the central point of contact with customers, outside sales and technical sales team members. Your daily tasks contain quoting & follow up, purchasing, delivery tracking and communications with customers and factories.
