Location – Gadbrook Park, Northwich (Office Based)
Contract – 6 Month Fixed Term
Shift Pattern - 3pm-11pm, including 1 in every 3 weekends working 3pm-11pm

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact across multiple customer service platforms.
  • Provide expert product advice and solutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Support customers with queries ranging from skincare, makeup advice and fashion to nutrition, fitness or food and beverage.
  • Consistently meet achievable department targets, ensuring high-quality interactions every time.
